1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French law, individual customers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of their order. However, this right does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products. Due to the nature of our business, works ordered from MENOA are printed on demand and are therefore considered as personalized products. Consequently, no right of withdrawal may be exercised for these items.

2. Return and exchange policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Conditions for returns in the case of damaged products:

• Damage must be reported within 3 working days of receipt, by sending an email to contact@menoaphotography.com with photographic evidence of the damage and a precise description of it.
• After examining the evidence provided, and if the return is accepted, MENOA will either exchange or reprint the damaged artwork, at no additional cost to the customer.

3. Order cancellation conditions

As orders are processed immediately after confirmation, cancellations are not possible once the order has been validated. Please check all information carefully before finalizing your purchase.

4. Refunds

Refunds will only be granted in the following cases:

• Non-delivery of the order by the carrier after the agreed delivery date, provided that the customer has notified MENOA in writing.
• Product not conforming to the description displayed on the site (e.g. error in size, finish, or product different from that ordered).

5. Refund procedure

In the event of a refund, this will be made by the same means of payment used for the order, within 14 days of acceptance of the return or the decision to refund.

6. Products excluded from any return or refund policy

Custom-made, personalized or limited edition photographic works cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of non-conformity with the description or obvious defect.

7. Returns procedure

If your return request is accepted, you will receive return instructions by email. MENOA will cover the cost of returns only in the case of damaged or non-conforming products. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
