Are our print runs limited?
In fact, we offer two ranges:
- Our Essentials: Unlimited edition prints.
- Limited Art: Each work is a limited edition of 30 copies maximum, guaranteeing exclusivity.
Do you provide certificates of authenticity?
Of course, all our Limited Art prints come with a certificate of authenticity, sent separately with your print. This certificate attests to the quality and authenticity of each work.
How do I take care of my print?
Firstly, to preserve the quality of your paper prints (Fujifilm and Baryta), we recommend framing them under glass as soon as possible after receipt. Avoid contact with dark areas, and place them in a stable environment protected from humidity.
Returns and after-sales service
We offer a 14-day return policy for essential prints. Limited Art is non-refundable, except in the case of defects or damage during delivery. Delivery times
Our products are made to order. On average, delivery times are 7 to 10 working days for France and the EU. For international deliveries, the estimated delivery time will be specified when you place your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number enabling you to follow the status of your delivery. You can also check the status of your order in your customer account.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been placed, we start production immediately to guarantee a quality print run. Consequently, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications after order confirmation, except in the case of error on our part. To find out more, visit our Refunds and returns page.
Do you offer large-format prints?
Of course, we offer custom prints in large format. If you require a larger print than those available in our online store, please contact us to discuss the options.
Are the photos framed?
Our photographs are delivered unframed. However, we offer a range of frames adapted to our prints, exclusively for our works on aluminum. You can choose a frame when you order your photo.
Can limited-edition works be exposed to light?
Our Limited Art prints are designed to last over time. However, to preserve quality and avoid color degradation, we recommend avoiding direct exposure to sunlight for prolonged periods.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and other secure payment options.
